The kinds of Personal Information that Puntopia generally collects from you are:

When you join the site, your Username and Avatar will be displayed in any public area.
Your avatar, username, or both, will also be made visible on the Leaderboards and in search results for user search functions on the site. No other personal information will be shared with other members.
Puntopia may use personal information to create aggregate data about Puntopia members through demographic profiling and statistical analysis of its database, to allow for more efficient operation of the Puntopia business. We may provide the information derived from such profiling or analysis in de-identified form to potential and existing stakeholders.
Puntopia will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information which is disclosed to a third party is protected by that party in accordance with the Privacy Act and is used only for the purpose or purposes for which we supplied that information to them. Usually, we do this by imposing contractual requirements on or seeking assurances from third parties as to their compliance with the Privacy Act.
Puntopia does not disclose personal information to persons outside Australia.
Puntopia may store data (including personal information) on secure back-up servers outside of Australia, predominantly for security purposes only. This data may be accessed offshore, but only ever in compliance with all Australian laws, including the Privacy Act, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Use and Disclosure for Guest Players
For guest players, a randomly generated username and avatar will be automatically assigned by us. These identifiers are not connected to any personally identifiable information. Guest session data is stored temporarily and may be deleted after a period of inactivity, logout, reinstalling, during system maintenance and can't relocated to another device. we suggest player's creating an account with us if you want retain your progress. Any data collected during guest sessions is anonymized and used solely for improving game performance, analytics, and user experience. This data may be shared with trusted service providers only for technical support, analytics, and legal compliance
Direct marketing and opting out
We may use and disclose your personal information to inform you about Puntopia (and its associated entities) products or services or about promotional activities, which Puntopia believes, may be of interest or of benefit to you. We may do this via email, SMS, telephone or other means.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional material from Puntopia at all or in any particular form, you may contact us at any time by email at support@puntopia.com.au with your request with which we will comply as soon as is practical.
Where we send you commercial electronic messages for direct marketing purposes, each message will contain a functional means for you to opt-out of receiving such messages, along with functionality to do so on the website.
We may contact you in relation to the administration of your Puntopia account. These communications can be via any of the modes of contact recorded when you open an account, register as a member or which we otherwise collect for the purposes of opening an account. Security of Personal information and our website
You acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet is totally secure. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your Personal Information and protect this information from loss, alteration, or misuse. Puntopia's employees, agents and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of Members' Personal information.
Information communicated within a social media environment (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Chat Rooms) becomes public information. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username, password, and any account information. Please be careful whenever using the Internet and our website.
Persons under the age of 18 (‘Children’) cannot become Puntopia members and are excluded from access to our services. We will not accept their information for the purposes of opening an account. It is, however, ultimately the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s Internet activities including where appropriate by using Internet screening software.
You are responsible for the security of and access to your own computer, mobile device or any other means used to access the website. You must log out of your account when you have completed your time on the website, and should not disclose your username, password, or any account information to any other person.
Cookies and how we use them
