Puntopia and its related bodies (referred to as "Puntopia", "we", "us", "our") is the owner of this site, mobile phone or tablet applications, pages, or sites under the Puntopia brand that are owned and operated by us (together, the website or app). These Terms & Conditions (terms) apply whenever you access the website and app, regardless of how you access the website and app, whether you are a member or simply visiting without having an account. Users of the site agree to be bound by these terms. Your use of and access to this site indicates your acceptance of and agreement with these terms, as they exist at the time of use. Terms may be amended at any time by Puntopia at its absolute discretion, without prior notice, and changes will come into immediate effect.

Use of this website or app is restricted to users that are 18 years or older. By accessing this site, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Puntopia is a platform for players to compete in free to play games against other players on real life racing events. All players are allocated an number of "coins" at signup. Members can play these coins anyway they see fit. Members can accumulate winnings throughout the gameplay; The minimum coins a member can play on a runner is 1 coin and maxium is 50 coins. To "Play" the player will click on the "odds" listed against the runner, enter the number of "coins" they wish to place on this runner and hit play. Once this play is confirmed it will move to the pending until the race is resulted. A player's cannot cancel once it's has been submitted and confirmed, this is final, and no correspondence will be entertained to change this. Play will be settled as per the official decision of Stewards on race day for the winners and Leaderboard purposes. Where a horse/dog is subsequently disqualified or placings amended later, for any reason, the official result as declared by Stewards on the day of the race will stand. If a dead heat occurs within a race, no reduced returns. If a player won, winnings are calculated with the following formula to work out who the winner of the competitions are: Winning Coin = (Coins * Odds Dividend) Score = (Coins * Odds Dividend) - Coins

If a runner is scratched, and a player has placed against that runner, the coins will be returned to the player balance.

Puntopia may alter, suspend, or discontinue the site and/or its functionality and/or the content made available through the site at any time, with or without notice to members, and, to the full extent permitted by law and subject to the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, Puntopia will not be liable to any member or to any third party should it exercise such rights. All content provided on this site is displayed in goodwill, but the member undertakes all responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the content and should rely on it at their own risk. All information relating to race fields, including horse numbers, scratchings, odds, and statistics should be checked with an official source. The site may contain links to other websites which are owned or operated by third parties ("Third Party Sites"). These links are provided for convenience only. Puntopia is an advocate of responsible gambling. You should ensure that, when deciding to follow any available play on Site, you do so in a controlled manner, with the key principle to only gamble what you can afford to lose.
